  • Yes, we do offer a trial session. As a prospective client, you'll receive a complimentary 15-minute consultation call with one of our tutors to discuss your learning goals and objectives. Additionally, you'll also get the opportunity to experience a free lesson, giving you a firsthand glimpse of our teaching approach and the quality of our services. We believe in providing you with the opportunity to make an informed decision before committing to our tutoring program.

  • No, there's no need to sign a contract to receive tuition. We believe in flexibility and providing hassle-free learning experiences for our students. You can get started with our tutoring services without the obligation of a long-term contract.

  • Online lessons offer an open pathway to the best tutors available, transcending geographical limitations. Regardless of where students are located or their background, our expert tutors make use of a versatile suite of tools to deliver exceptional instruction.

  • Our tutors will plan their lessons according to students’ needs, and will arrange a weekly time slot to meet. Students are sent a link to join their lesson via Microsoft Teams, or an online video conferencing platform of the tutor’s choosing.

  • You’re free to cancel your booking up to 6 hours before the agreed lesson time, after which tutors may decide to reject cancellation and charge.

  • We strongly encourage our tutors to follow through with lesson bookings, however we also understand that sometimes this simply isn’t possible. In the event of a cancellation, the tutor will reach our to rearrange, and the decision to do so lies with you. In any event, you will not be charged.

  • We use Stripe Express payouts to ensure safe, secure and efficient transactions. After each lesson, an invoice will be automatically generated and the card associated with your account will be charged.
